Quality & COA

We built the company around the certificate.

After the 2024 ethylene-oxide recalls, a spice supplier is only as good as the document that travels with the goods. Excellar Global treats the Certificate of Analysis as the product, not an afterthought.

What we screen

Every lot, before it ships.

A representative sample from each lot goes to a NABL-accredited laboratory. Nothing ships on assumption.

Ethylene oxide (EtO)

To EU / importing-country MRL.

Multi-residue pesticides

Broad screen against destination limits.

Aflatoxin

B1 and total.

Heavy metals

Lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury.

Sudan dye

Chilli and chilli blends.

Standard quality

Moisture, ash, ASTA colour (chilli), curcumin (turmeric), mesh / particle size.

How it works

A lot that fails does not ship.

1

Lot is sourced and held — not yet released to ship.

2

A representative sample goes to a NABL-accredited laboratory. We partner with accredited labs such as Choksi Laboratories and SGS.

3

The lot ships only on a clean COA. A lot that fails does not ship — we replace it.

4

The COA travels with the shipment documents to you.

Why this protects you

The risk never reaches your customs bench.

A single rejected container on an EtO or pesticide finding can cost a season of margin and a buyer relationship. Our clean-COA-per-lot rule exists so that risk stops in India — not at your port.

We publish a certificate only once it is in hand. We will never mock a trust mark we don't hold.
