Excellar Global is the export arm of Excellar Labs Pvt Ltd, an established Indian company. We supply two ranges: whole and ground spices with the dried culinary herbs that travel beside them, and botanical raw material for supplement, extract and tea manufacturers. Every lot is screened at NABL-accredited labs and ships documented and clean — the way your buyers and your regulators expect.

Clean is the default here, not something you request. The 2024 ethylene-oxide recalls made "we test sometimes" worthless, so every lot is screened before it leaves India — EtO, multi-residue pesticides, aflatoxin, heavy metals, and Sudan dye on chilli — at NABL-accredited laboratories. On botanicals we add species identity against the monograph and a marker assay reported with the method used to measure it. The certificate travels with the goods.
The documentation is built so your clearance is boring. A rejected container costs you a season, so every shipment leaves with a complete and correct document set — Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Origin — which makes your customs bench and your NAFDAC, FDA or EU clearance a matter of paperwork rather than a fight.
Terms respect the risk on both sides. We invoice in USD and work on advance payment or a confirmed, irrevocable Letter of Credit. Clear terms, clear specifications, clear timelines, and no surprises in either direction.

Four stages. You are quoted against your own specification, not ours.

We buy in India’s spice heartland, and we qualify a supplier on one test: a clean COA. Established mills and mandi suppliers across Madhya Pradesh and the neighbouring spice belts — and, for botanicals, the Neemuch–Mandsaur–Manasa root belt two to three hours from our office, where we buy by standing in the yard rather than by reading a photograph. A supplier who cannot pass a clean COA is not a supplier, however cheap.
